Shipping & Delivery
At Author & Co., all orders ship directly from the United States using USPS.
U.S. Orders
We offer free USPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders. If you’d like your order to arrive sooner, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout for an additional fee.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.
Canadian Orders
Orders to Canada ship from the U.S. via USPS International, which transfers to Canada Post for final delivery.
Most Canadian orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs processing times.
Please note that import taxes and duties are collected by Canada Post upon delivery and are not included at checkout.
Tracking
If you did not receive a tracking link, please check your spam or junk folder for an email from Author & Co. If you still can’t find your tracking link, contact info@authorandco.com, and we’ll resend your tracking details right away.
Order Changes or Cancellations
For order changes, please email info@authorandco.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to update or cancel your order before it ships.
Once your package has been processed by USPS, changes can no longer be made.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only. For customers outside these regions, Author Clock and Author Forecast are available through select retail partners such as the MoMA Design Store, Uncommon Goods, and ICA Boston, which may offer international delivery options.
Returns & Delivery
At Author & Co., we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make the process easy and transparent.
U.S. Orders
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. We’ll cover the return shipping cost.
To start a return, email returns@authorandco.com with your order number. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid USPS return label and simple instructions.
Please ship your return within 14 days of receiving the label.
Canadian Orders
Due to cross-border logistics, we currently cannot accept standard returns on Canadian orders.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@authorandco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and we’ll work with you to find a solution—whether through a replacement or refund.
Damages or Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, reach out to us immediately at info@authorandco.com so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
